The Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) research and development division has experienced strong growth in the Charlotte, NC area in recent years. To accommodate the added space needs, EPRI is investigating several building alternatives. To lower their current costs and allow added time for long term planning, we developed a series of smaller short term projects to increase the office density, while also expanding conferencing and reorganizing building adjacencies to allow more efficient flow of personnel, as well as better separation of visitor space and employee laboratories. |
